Say Welcome to Adv. Sharon Cohen!

As part of this journey called dizziness/vertigo/floating sensation/tinnitus and more... I encounter many questions regarding exercising medical rights and assistance in this field.

We all know how lonely and confusing this path can be, but beyond the physical difficulty, there is sometimes an exhausting bureaucratic struggle—against the National Insurance Institute (Bituach Leumi), against the workplace, or when we need to prove we deserve compensation or recognition of disability due to various vestibular disorders.

The goal of this post is to let you know that there is an address for this and there is something to be done on the legal front as well.

I am happy to introduce you to Adv. Sharon Cohen, who has joined our group. Sharon is a lawyer specializing in bodily injury, medical malpractice, and exercising medical rights (vis-à-vis National Insurance and insurance companies). The big advantage she brings to us is that she comes with over a decade of experience and in her past actually represented the side of insurance companies and hospitals, so she knows the system excellently from the inside and knows exactly how to handle it to get what we deserve.

I asked her to join so she could be here for us: to answer questions, advise, and provide her professional knowledge in a place where we sometimes feel lost in the face of bureaucracy.

I invite you to take advantage of this opportunity. Feel comfortable writing questions here in the comments about rights, claims, or consulting on cases that trouble you. We are here to help each other get through this, both health-wise and rights-wise.

Sharon, thank you for being with us!
