How Meditation and Guided Imagery can help dizziness


Recent studies show that practicing meditation can help our brain and body stabilize. Findings:

  • Reduced hypersensitivity in the balance system.

  • Brain scans showed meditation affects areas responsible for balance processing.

  • Guided imagery acts as "stability training" for the brain.
